During the onboarding process, our Tailwind team works with you to create a detailed unit based knowledge base that would include all the information that they would need to serve your guests.

Yes.

Yes, our Tailwind Team can work with all the major property management systems.

Regardless of your portfolio size and the package, the minimum contract for Tailwind is $250/month.

Even though during onboarding, you have the option to select the units which you want to onboard to our platform, we highly recommend that you onboard all of your units for us to handle the guest communication. Providing Tailwind service to some of your units under your portfolio creates operational inefficiencies and increases our response rate to your guests.

Unfortunately, they will be counted as three separate units on our platform and charged accordingly.
