Extenteam Lets Hospitable Customers Cover Guest Communications 24/7

Hosts and property managers who use Hospitable property management software have a new option in guest-services coverage: Extenteam’s Tailwind solution, accessible directly through Hospitable’s guest-messaging platform.

Now, Hospitable customers can subscribe to Tailwind, to provide round-the-clock assistance to guests. Tailwind guest-services specialists will be able to service Airbnb and Vrbo guests through Hospitable’s guest communications dashboard. They can additionally assist guests in Hospitable-managed properties by phone, SMS and email. Services include reservations management, early check-in and late check-out queries, and helping guests with any questions they have, before, during and after their stay.

The new partnership gives Hospitable’s growing vacation rental companies the ability to scale without the human resources infrastructure, labor or expense of hiring full-time local employees. At the same time, it allows Extenteam to use Hospitable’s unified inbox technology to give Hospitable hosts best-in-class guest services support round the clock.

With Extenteam, Hospitable hosts and property managers can focus on business operations and growth, while their Tailwind team solves guest issues and handles guest communications before, during and after the guest’s stay.
